It's been way more rainy this usual in Los Angeles this year. Surprisingly, rainfall in Los Angeles has surpassed that of Seattle - a place literally know for wet weather.

The National Weather Service issued the second ever blizzard warning to Southern California on 2/22/23. The storm is expected to be severe and to create dangerous road and beach conditions.
